CHOOSING TO BURN BRIGHT, NOT BURN OUT

"Burnout is a $500 billion industry affecting every stage, phase, and industry of leader."

EVERYONE CAN BURN BRIGHT

BUISINESSES

Successful business leaders work hard. But hard workers have a higher likelihood of burning out! Employees with drive and ambition sometimes can try to shine so bright that they don’t see the darkness of burnout creeping in. And organizations don’t always see those symptoms of burnout creeping in- they just see profit and product. So how can employees advocate from themselves? Setting boundaries, goals, and standards for themselves.

Burn bright, not burn out - for success, both yours and your organization.

EDUCATORS

Educators are overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. It's easy to see how burnout could overtake teachers! The Covid-19 pandemic shone a spotlight on how hard our teachers and administrators truly work every day to change lives. They work every day because of their passion, not for their paycheck. But with standards and testing, it seems like it’s always one step forward, two steps back.

Burn bright, not burn out - for your kids, families, and communities.

MINISTRIES

Anyone who works in ministry has done work that has earned them “a special place in Heaven”. But even with a return as bright as that, ministry leaders can still be consumed by their passion to reach the unreached and driven towards the darkness of burnout. At every ministry conference I have been to, leaders are encouraged against and warned about the danger and reality of burnout. That kind of relentless darkness is inescapable. You have to remember that you can’t shine Christ’s Light if you’re buried in darkness.

Burn bright, not burn out - for the people you will one day reach.
